Our goal is for you to be extremely happy with your Byrd purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied or if something is wrong, you may return it!

Purchases made on the The Byrd site or at any retail location may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment or in-store purchase if un-washed, un-worn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact. All sale items are final. Returns can be initiated via email or the form above, and please be sure to enter in all necessary information. 

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Email info@thebyrd.com.
